SUNDAY - guacamole, salsa and humus with roasted garlic/black bean chips.
MONDAY - goat cheese with cranberries and rye crisps.
TUESDAY - egg rolls and sweet & sour dipping sauce.
WEDNESDAY - crab with zucchine, spinach and assorted crackers.
THURSDAY - smoked garlic cheddar & paper thin slices of salami.
Now...that leaves the question of what to serve tonight?
One thing is certain, if the above pics tell a tale. Regardless of what I decide on, odds are there'll be WINE. That's why it's called happy hour, right?!
