What a joy it is to return to a place and have not only an idea of where to go, but recognise one's surroundings. We've been in Edinburgh one week and since then have been out and about exploring and reacquainting ourselves with this incredible city. Our first stop was the eastern portion of the Royal Mile, including St. Giles Cathedral.

New Hampshire Splendor
Spending time with our daughter and son-in-law is one of our favourite things and while we normally meet in Boston this time we met in Jackson, New Hampshire home of the White Mountains. In the middle of the range is the tallest peak, Mount Washington.
